Training sessions at Cali Flex Fitness in Fresno are one hour in length. New clients can expect a certified personal trainer to complete an initial fitness assessment prior to starting a workout routine in order to track progress and address any safety concerns. Specific personal training depends on the clients goal but will typically include strength training, cardiovascular training, and nutritional coaching.
You will feel results before you see results. Improvements in sleep, mood, and energy levels will typically occur within the first couple of weeks, and changes in body composition will soon follow. A certified personal trainer will keep track of your body measurements, body fat percentage, BMI, BMR, and weight from the very beginning so you can easily see and track your fitness progress.
